   The bleak tone of voice that Levin utilizes in Rosemary’s Baby narrates the evil scheme behind a planned pregnancy. All elements of gothic and medieval dark magic connect together to suggest antichrist rise to the modern world. Through the precise setting of the year 1965 in Manhattan at Bramford apartment, which retains an infamous background of Victorian elderlies with cannibalistic and mystic context. As the plot progresses, the betrayal of her closest allies and the suppression eventually overwhelm her into an abyss of doubt and agony. The interactions between Rosemary and her surrounding factors, however, set up the stage and tension for the arrival of the final act.
